Oliotia Sebo
What a wild time you are having. I want to know what happens next...Whilst it is clear that you do not like vegetables ... I am looking to Ship some organic products to Uganda from the US for a school garden project I created.....The product is a defense against banana wilt- a wicked bacteria destroying much of the Matooke in Uganda. So I am looking for a very inexpensive way to ship alot of stock into Uganda. So far everything is donated..... I hope your man works out and maybe I can use his skills too?

Best of luck. Maybe before you take the trip back, install a gauss on the back of that Warthog of yours. Might be able to intimidate them. :-D

So you gave the equivalent of a password to a third party... Sometimes, it's necessary, especially when you're working outside of your area of expertise, and you absolutely need to get something done.

Call it intuition of the faithful, but I have a good feeling. Perhaps you found a local employee to handle shipping and receiving.

While yes, there is corruption in the area, IHC is also a charitable organization, and we have to trust the people in the cultures we're helping... The system is the problem, not the people... People are people, and individuals can appear anywhere along the moral spectrum of humanity no matter what their culture. I say, be cautious, but if someone starts mentioning the (correct) layers of the OSI model while we're talking about network setup, then I'll tend to trust them, possibly enough to give them a router password... but I'd still check the running config myself later.

Besides... even though I'm not currently religious, I'm spiritual enough to know that when a pastor says be faithful, he has a good idea of the start and end states, but has no idea of the timing or the path between... Have faith until the shipments are in your hands... which if I have my time zones correct, you're probably getting what you shipped right about now.

Oh man. I hope you can find a reliable way to receive shipments. That stability would be great for HFC, I imagine. Will keep you and your family in my prayers.
