While yes, there is corruption in the area, IHC is also a charitable organization, and we have to trust the people in the cultures we're helping... The system is the problem, not the people... People are people, and individuals can appear anywhere along the moral spectrum of humanity no matter what their culture. I say, be cautious, but if someone starts mentioning the (correct) layers of the OSI model while we're talking about network setup, then I'll tend to trust them, possibly enough to give them a router password... but I'd still check the running config myself later. Besides... even though I'm not currently religious, I'm spiritual enough to know that when a pastor says be faithful, he has a good idea of the start and end states, but has no idea of the timing or the path between... Have faith until the shipments are in your hands... which if I have my time zones correct, you're probably getting what you shipped right about now.
