But it's time to plan for future events like those, as well as natural disasters, etc. Hopefully Google's investment in satellite business will somehow benefit internet propagation in Uganda. Wi lan, 4G, what not. Japan was doing some microdish antenna/mega fast connections tests, but u know, there are mighty economic powers that are against proliferation of new better technologies: ie: (US telcos) How is possible that other Countries enjoy much faster connections at a fraction of cost in US?!
