		<description>Wow. It&#039;s very good to know you and your family are safe. -Sad for those lives taken away... But it&#039;s time to plan for future events like those, as well as natural disasters, etc.
Hopefully Google&#039;s investment in satellite business will somehow benefit internet propagation in Uganda.   Wi lan, 4G, what not.
 Japan was doing some microdish antenna/mega fast connections tests, but u know, there are mighty economic powers that are against proliferation of new better technologies: ie: (US telcos)
How is possible that other Countries enjoy much faster connections at a fraction of cost in US?!</description>
